Never redeemed because their T&Cs say comps can only be redeemed in $500 increments after meeting a 'session activity' threshold. Got flagged for 'review' after a $5k deposit. Account frozen 'pending VIP audit'. 19 days later: 'review complete, comps balance reset due to bonus-abuse pattern'. Deposits still accessible, but the comp balance is gone. Withdraw comps AS SOON AS they hit the threshold.
